Jayne is a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, also a Relaxation and Stress Control Practitioner. Trained by the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

She will draw on her previous experience as a Registered Nurse to help to identify and resolve issues with a confidential, person-centred approach within a safe environment.

Jayne will ease the client into a relaxed state of focused attention and support them to resolve their issues.

Specialising in areas of: weight control, insomnia, pain management, stress, anxiety and confidence issues.

Jayne is based in Glasgow.
